Pls access the MH Ordinance Dtd.02.11.2020 further amending Maharashtra Coop Societies Act 1960 - Sec.65 and Sec.75 on Powers to Managing Committee and Boards of Coop Societies .
With this ordinance the MH Govt has come out with another sensational Amendment to the MH Coop Societies Act 1960 thereby extending the general body powers to Managing Committee or boards for crucial matters like
👉Disposal of Surplus in Fy 2020-21,
👉 Approval of Budget for next Financial year and
👉Appointment of Auditor for fy 2020-21
✔️subject to ratification in Annual General Meeting .

Can managing committee members take this opportunity to pass expenses which are burden to members / which need approval / discussion of members. Whether minority managing members can stop this.

ReplyDeleteCan managing commitee decide on increasing tranfer fee? I sold my flat. Society demanding 50k as transfer fee from me. When asked they r saying it is the decision of MC. What should be done to this. Where should I complain?.
